About Kebab Craft

Kebab Craft first opened in August of 2022 in Liberty Public Market in San Diego. Kebab Craft is centered around familiar Mediterranean-Middle Eastern favorites with a California flair. The menu offers an approachable lineup of build-your-own staples, including plates, bowls and pitas, alongside standalone chef signatures such as the Cali Kebab.

In just their first year of opening, they have been awarded in three categories: Best Mediterranean Restaurant, Best Caterer, and Best New Restaurant in San Diego by San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Reader, and San Diego Magazine in 2023. Behind Kebab Craft, Shannon and Paul, the entrepreneurial duo who've collectively spent more than a decade in the hospitality landscape. Shannon handles the day-to-day operations while Paul puts his Parisian culinary training to good use as executive chef and taps into heirloom recipes from his Middle Eastern heritage.
